These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the organization operating the jayaj9 platform ("we", "jayaj9") and any person who is registered on or uses this website ("you", "user"). By opening an account on jayaj9, logging in, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to every clause of these Terms.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Allowing any other person access to your account is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to jayaj9 immediately. jayaj9 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access.

3.1 Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). There is no maximum deposit limit, however jayaj9 may set a limit at any time for operational reasons. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the original deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawal.
• If an active bonus is present, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• jayaj9 may suspend the withdrawal process for unusual or suspicious transactions.
• jayaj9 may request additional verification information, especially for large withdrawal amounts.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of jayaj9 are eligible to receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳22,000, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 will apply and your total balance will be ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means withdrawal is only possible after wagering the bonus amount 10 times.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be cancelled.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• jayaj9 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

jayaj9's VIP program has three tiers that reward regular and loyal members:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular activity. Additional benefits and personalized service are provided at each VIP tier. jayaj9 reserves the right to change VIP terms.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If a member attempts to abuse bonuses, manipulate the system, or claim bonuses through multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed immediately and any earned bonuses will be cancelled. If jayaj9 determines that a strategy is being used to exploit the bonus system, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.

jayaj9 is committed to providing users with a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Any form of fraud, false information, or use of a false identity.
• Attempting to improperly influence the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by sharing funds with other users (chip dumping).
• Any activity that could damage the reputation of jayaj9.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting minors in accessing the platform.

If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, only that clause will be considered void and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

If jayaj9 does not enforce any right under these terms on a particular occasion, that will not be considered a waiver of that right.

12.4 Language of Communication

All official communication with jayaj9 is conducted in Bengali. However, if you contact us in English, we will still provide support.

12.5 Changes to Terms
